Life at Malhar Powertronics
The people behind the power.
Engineers, technicians and professionals who build together, celebrate together and win together.
Our culture
One team, one current
Every panel that leaves our plant carries the work of many hands — from fabrication and wiring to testing and dispatch.
We invest in the people who make that possible: recognising great work on the shop floor, celebrating festivals as one family, and getting out of the plant to play, compete and recharge together.
Recognition that matters
Outstanding contributors are celebrated in front of their peers on the shop floor.
Celebrating as family
Ganeshotsav, Dussehra and milestones — celebrated together at the office and the plant.
Play to win
From the Malhar–Electroware Premier League to team offsites, we compete hard and have fun.
